Building the Men, Your Families, Churches, and Communities Need

Transforming Communities Through Faith & Service

At Hungry Warrior Academy, we believe strong families begin with strong men.

That is why we help men grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through faith-based mentorship, leadership development, online courses, live group sessions, and in-person workshops.

Our mission is not simply to help men become more successful. It is to help them become men of integrity, men of faith, and leaders who serve their families, churches, workplaces, and communities with courage and humility.

The men we are building understand that leadership is not about status, it is about service. Strength is not measured by what a man can take for himself, but by what he is willing to give to others.

That is the kind of man who changes a family, strengthens a community, and leaves a legacy that points others to Christ.

Just when you think our mission ends with building the next generation of leaders, it doesn't.

We also help provide food for orphans, support widows, and care for children around the world.

Because leadership without service is incomplete.

Jesus called us to do both.

About Hungry Warrior Academy

What Is Hungry Warrior Academy?

Hungry Warrior Academy (HWA) is a registered non-profit organization, operating in multiple parts of the world. Our mission is simple: help men and young men reach their full God-given potential—physically, mentally, spiritually, and morally.

We do this through mentorship & discipleship, leadership development, physical & mental training, humanitarian projects, retreats, and workshops. We also have online courses and books, such as devotionals, to assist men in creating Hungry Warrior groups and rising as leaders in their communities.

We host retreats at our center, surrounded by mountains. Powerful environments for physical training, deep spiritual work, and mental reset. In other countries, our work is entirely philanthropic, serving children, widows, and impoverished communities.

Who is JD Tremblay?

My name is Jean-David (JD) Tremblay. I served in the military for over a decade before earning a degree in Integrated Engineering from Western University, a multidisciplinary program that combines all fields of engineering and business. Since then, I have continued serving others as a firefighter, search and rescue member, Naturopathic Practitioner, bestselling author, and ultra-endurance athlete.

I have competed in Ironman and Ultraman triathlons, ice swimming, and multiple world championships. I am also one of only three people in the world to complete the EpicDeca, ten Ironman-distance triathlons in ten consecutive days across the six Hawaiian Islands.

Whether through military service, emergency response, health, athletics, humanitarian work, or ministry, my purpose has always remained the same: to serve others and help men become the leaders God created them to be. That calling ultimately led to the creation of Hungry Warrior Academy.
